The Zinus 2000H is fantastic. Very heavy duty, very sturdy, no wobble, no squeaking noises, fit and finish is great. The framing style and finish is very clean and attractive looking with clean simple lines. I like having the headboard with the bed frame as it looks nice and it is sturdy to hold the pillow up to lean back on when you want to sit more up right in the bed for reading or watching TV. Heavy thick strong metal and with a really nice black semi-matt finish that looks like it should last forever. The wood slats are 1/2 inch thick laminate plywood type so is strong and sturdy so I don’t think it will have any warping or sagging problems. The velco is heavy duty and holds the wood in place and spaced well. There are plastic feet under the legs so it should be good for hardwood or tiled floor. The frame sized fit my mattress size perfectly and the mattress stays in place on the wood slats without moving around. I like the height with the mattress is about the height of a chair seat height so when I sit on the edge of the bed my feet fall flat on the floor so you don’t have to jump up on it and can easily stand up from it. Also the height of the frame still has enough height under it so you can store some stuff under it especially like shoes, magazines, and small container.It goes together easily using all the same sized allen hex type screws plus it includes the allen hex wrench so you don’t need any of your own tools. It is packed well in a compact sized but is heavy about 60 lbs for the twin sized. I moved it to the upstairs bedroom by opening the box downstairs and then moving the plastic wrapped pieces at a time to the room and then put it together. Putting it together and setting up takes about 30 minutes. Just follow the directions so the bed ends up finished correctly with everything sized and fitted perfectly.My one complaint was if you order from Sleep Revolution the shipping is slow. I ordered Sunday and they prepared a shipping label on Monday but didn’t actually take it to FedEx until Friday to really begin the shipping so it arrived 2 days later then original range that Amazon provided. But it is free shipping on a very large and heavy item so as long as you are in no rush the free shipping is fine once you get it as this bed frame is really nice.I did look online to see what IKEA had to offer and I didn’t see anything impressive that looked as good and strong for around the same price. I really like IKEA stuff but as for beds this bed frame made of metal was better as it didn’t have any wooden dowels or nails or fancy hardware to assemble it with. The one large sized screw fit and tighten well and made for a nice solid connection with no give or flex. The black metal frame is modern and contemporary looking but not really cold looking.Comparing the descriptions of the Zinus 2000H which I brought and the 1500H which I don’t have it looked like the 1500H is taller by 4 inches so would have more room under it for more storage but the height will probably be taller than chair height depending on your mattress thickness. Also the metal framing bars is thinner sized so the overall weight is less by about 17 lbs for the twin sized frame.I really like it and think it looks great and works great so highly recommend it.

I have put together MANY, MANY pieces of furniture in my life - I’d say at LEAST 50 or more. This is BY FAR the EASIEST to put together of any piece I have ever owned! The attention to detail in trying to make it easy for the customer is unheard of in DIY furniture. Proof:1. They give you a little ratchet for the screws. What?! You mean they care that you don’t get RSI in your fingers and wrists trying to screw in those things with the tiny little freebie Allen wrench that every other company gives you?? (By the way, Zinus *also* gives you the tiny little freebie wrench if you really want to wreck your wrists.)2. You match the numbers on the pieces and stick a screw in it. They put little stickers by each screw hole on EVERY piece and all you do is match “1” to “1” and put a screw in it. Match “2” to “2” and put a screw in it. Lather, rinse repeat until you have a bed. SOOOOOO easy compared to literally every furniture maker out there!3. When it came time to put the slats on, I was gearing up for some tedious job that was going to make me scream. Nope! Zinus thought of that, too! The slats are all strung together with perfectly-spaced Velcro strips, and there are matching strips on the side rails. You just set the bunch of slats down lined up with the Velcro and start unrolling. Repeat for the second set of slats. Guess what - you’re done!4. Now, most companies on amazon include some little card that says “please leave us a 5-star review...” Zinus is no different, except that they simply asked for a review, not a 5-star one specifically. Ok, fine - this is common. But what’s included that sets them apart? 3 little blank note cards that you can use for thank you notes or little kind messages to send to your friends or whatever! Such a cute idea! So simple and yet - it’s these extra little touches that clearly sets them apart in my book. Other companies can’t even be bothered to make sure the pieces all have stickers identifying them, or can’t be bothered to make sure their pictures are clear, etc.In my opinion, Zinus went WAY past the extra mile with all of these extra thoughtful touches. 2 days ago I assembled a bed that was another brand. We just moved so I’ve been assembling a LOT of furniture lately. The bed was the same kind of platform base - metal with wooden slats. Almost identical in how they are put together. Except that first one took me like 2 hours to put together! 45% of the time was spent trying to figure out what exactly the stupid little drawing was supposed to mean, 45% was spent screwing the 800 screws in with a stupid little freebie hex wrench, and 10% of the time was assembling the rest of the bed after I figured it out. The Zinus bed took me 20 minutes from box opening to unrolling the slats. One more to go today and I’m not even dreading it!Now, is the quality of this bed like that you’d get from like a $500 or $1000 bed? No. And frankly I don’t know what people here are expecting from a $100 bed. I think this bed is well worth the cost, especially given the extra touches that the manufacturer put in to make sure assembly goes smoothly!I’m sure SOMEONE at “the top” at Zinus probably tried to actually assemble the bed themselves and said “this is b@llsh*t, we HAVE to make this easier for our customers!” And then they did.

All components are nicely packed and labelled. Instructions are simple. All parts align perfectly and provided hardware are of good quality. Hex screw and tool- easy to assemble. A completed bed assembly with slats/ Velcro is very solid and suitable for any kind of mattresses. I used foam mattress and found it really economical and best option for bed frame. I bought 3 of such frames in different sizes and I really love this economical frames- value for money.

Good sturdy bed! This is my second Zinus bed. The first one I got was for the guest bedroom and I thought what a nice affordable bed. Now I got this full size for my daughter bedroom. Awesome, easy to assemble product.

This bed frame is awesome for the price. I was worried that since it was so inexpensive it wouldn’t be good, or it would squeak, but it’s actually very sturdy and zero noise. If you need a bed frame that isn’t huge or intrusive this is also great. The wood frame is pretty cool as it has Velcro so it doesn’t move around. Just make sure you put it on the right way because it’s hard to change after. They give very large text instructions, so it’s totally on me when it comes to that. The assembly is also very easy, they give each screw in separate little boxes and explain exactly where it goes.

Easy to assemble, and very sturdy/high quality. If you need a basic low profile bed frame, look no further.

The short black screws and the holes they were supposed to go into often didn't match up and that made the whole job rather annoying. My husband felt that the excess paint on those screws made the job even more annoying. However, the frame is finally together and so far, working the way it should.
