CradlePoint Technology Wireless-N PCI Card Adapter

honestly, i was looking for a cheap card with good reception. but it is HARD to find a card with good reviews. as you have probably seen since you are reading this.I received the card in a nice white box, nicely packaged. came with software and an installation guide that looks like this card was originally designed for an XP machine. (judging on the desktop pictures it shows)I installed the card and after turning on the comp, windows 7 x64 saw it and installed it automatically! no need for the driver disk.it is listed as "802.11 Wireless LAN Card" in device manager. So, im assuming it has a generic RALINK driver associated with it.one CON. this card does NOT pick up 5ghz signal. not too big of a deal for me. since well, most routers are all still 2.4ghz.not sure on range since my apartment is still pretty small, but maybe i will update when i use my desktop elsewhere.I would buy this card again.

Arrived on time, in tact and on budget. I have yet to install but assume, like most CradlePoint products will work as expected.

Great product. Excellent speeds and range. It is plug-and-play with Ubuntu 14.04 LTS, no drivers needed. My Windows 7x64 was unable to find a driver via windows update but the included disk has the necessary drivers and software to get it working.

This card connected to my wireless N at 300Mbps and worked well in an older Vista PC. For the price it is hard to beat for an older machine that does not have PCIx.

No reason to ding this - does exactly what it's supposed to do. Matter of fact it's doing it now.The cool factor of all those antennae is off the charts, too.

great piece of equipment - great price - very simple - have purchased dozens of these and will buy more - have installed on multiple brands of motherboards with windows 7without a problem
