The description says this is teabagged, but what they mean is it's a large bag of loose tea. I'm no expert but it seems to be good quality at a reasonable price for what you get. It arrives extraordinarily dry but hydrates adequately, has light mouth feel, and lighter green-tea taste. There's no smoke flavor you might be expecting, and if you know gunpowder tea you'll recognize that this isn't high quality pearls.I am not a connaseur; I fill half of a small tea ball (the 1.7-inch one you can get here), drop it in my commuter cup, fill it with hot water from my empty Keurig, leave it for an hour or more before my first taste, and I just keep refilling it all day with hot or even room temperature water. In the evening when I clean the ball the leaves have expanded and are hard-packed with mostly full leaves. Unless I drink the dregs there is no bitterness, ever.So for all the green tea wonks that decry improper brewing of this product, shhhh - the way I treat this tea it should be undrinkable. It tastes like green tea, isn't bitter, and stands up to multiple refills. Enjoy it without concern!

I've used this tea for more than 23 years and started after having kidney stone issues. My doctor recommended green tea and I've never had a problem since.

This product is not tea it is just a bbox full of dirt, this is the second time I got the same dirt. it used to be a good tea but no more
