Fantastic!
I got one of these as a gift and I really like it! I found it easy to unbox and get started, and it worked exactly as it said it would. No muss, no fuss. I was really amazed at the quality of the end product - it tasted as good as or better than a bottle of San Pelegrino. If you couple that with the fact that the per/bottle price is much lower, I can control the level of carbonation and flavouring to my own tastes, and the lower environmental impact, this seems like a no-brainer way to enjoy sparkling water!

Cheaply made. Do not recommend.The one star is for good customer service. I purchased 2 of these machines, and each machine was defective and would not start despite the silly "pump priming" they recommend, and all the extra ice cubes I had to add to the already cold water. The first machine actually leaked all over my kitchen, because the bottle itself was ALSO defective. I contacted the company, and they walked me through some technical help before determining that my unit was, in fact, defective. The company sent me a new one for free that had been tested by them, along with some "free" tablets (all of which were a week or two away from expiration). My new unit "works" and here is the experience I've had:-The machine doesn't ever start on my first try. The temperature sensor is incredibly sensitive, so I must consistently add ice cubes even to refrigerated water.-Every few times I use the machine, it does not carbonate the water, so I have wasted an expensive tablet and a bottle of water, and end up with bad tasting water.-The recipes don't taste that great.-The water itself has a funny taste once carbonatedDespite the last two complaints, if the machine wasn't such a major pain and waste of time, energy, and water, I would be excited about making my own carbonated water and probably be happy with this machine. As it is, I think it is just a cheaply slapped together product.
