We were so lucky as to receive a lovely letter from my daughter’s school letting us know that someone in her class had lice :( The good news was, the letter came home a week after school ended for summer vacation. A day after the letter came home I noticed my daughter was scratching her head, so I ran down to the drug store and grabbed a lice removal kit. We followed the directions and combed through her hair with the comb included, but didn’t find anything. Of course we threw everything in the washing machine and vacuumed every inch of the house. No luck- she was itching again in a day or two. When her itching continued, I decided to give your product a try... and I’m so glad I did!We used the product as directed and combed through her hair with the great comb I also ordered (as well as re washing everything in hot water!). This time we found the culprits (because the comb was so much better)! But the best part- the product worked so well that we haven’t had to repeat the process!I’m so glad we found your product! It smelled so much better then the drug store stuff and left her hair feeling great- but best of all, it stopped the problem! We’ve been using the comb a couple times a week to make sure we don’t have a repeat, and so far so good.

I used this on my 6 year old who had a full infestation of head lice from kindergarten. The first application killed all the bugs and made the nits extremely easy to comb out. The instructions say to do treatments 7 days apart to catch any hatchlings from nits you may have missed. By the time I did the second treatment, there were no live bugs and the eggs appeared to be dead and empty and fell out of her hair too. Her head is completely clear! This treatment is easy and actually pleasant to use as it smells nice and softens the the hair. Will definitely keep this on hand!

If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. With 3 girls getting rid of lice is a total nightmare, I’d tried every product out there even the prescription stuff with no luck. But this stuff worked the first time, and the comb got all the eggs off without any extra picking one by one. It also left their hair soft and smelling good, and if you’ve ever used any other method you’ll know it either dries, or makes the hair greasy. I also purchased the deterrent spray as well and use it every other day on my elementary age girls. I am happy to say that just after one application of this amazing stuff we were lice free and have been for months. For 3 girls with very long thick hair I ended up only using 1/2 the bottle, was able to saturate the hair good too.

It's not as good as the comments made it seem, but it does work very well as a detangler 😆 and smells good, but it is as good as most OTC lice products, so far I get best results from vamouse but it's so expensive 😭

Awesome product. My daughter got head lice and I initially used NIX to treat. Well she must of had that super bug they mentioned in the news. Because not a single lice died. Every lice I picked out of her hair over the next several days was still alive and very active! I purchased this and treated her last night. I picked out five lice, and all five were dead!!!! Not a single live one.Pros: Easy to apply; Pick is high quality and easy to see lice on the comb; Has a shower cap (nice quality) to keep the treatment and your furniture protected while you wait 20 mins; kill ratio 100% on the super bug version of the lice.Cons: Little expensive (but worth it); pick is high quality, but does catch on your hair a little and pulls some out

I want to share my learning experience. In the end- it works! After reading other reviews, I see that this kit used to come with a shower cap. My kit did not come with one or mention this in the instructions. I left my hair down while waiting 20 min, and the lice escaped down my shoulders and back. I was covered in red dots- yuck! While some lice came out, I was still full of knits and became discouraged in the combing out process. I decided to try again- here are the tricks I learned. You may need to wait more than 20 min. Wait until the product is dry and the dead lice pop up to the surface of your hair before washing. And, use a shower cap! Or at least use a hair clip to hold your hair up while waiting for the treatment to work. Then, it will do wonderful things. The comb is amazing, the product doesn't damage your hair, it's a god send overall. It just needs better instructions.

Like many others, I tried the store products and none worked and this product worked perfectly! I purchased the kit. Even my daughter learned how to put it on herself. Her hair was soft after she washed it, the comb it came with removed those eggs easily. She used it almost daily the first 2 weeks, after it was once a week until she had none. I helped with combing out the eggs as well, but those suckers never returned. She would also put on the repellent after we finished combing the lice out. That also helped. It has been a year since I purchased this product and my daughter has been lice free since then. Highly recommend.

Lovely scent works pretty well will need repeated use to remove everything,the comb that comes too I’d brilliant.

It's very good and and very easy to use it like normal shampoo!
