This is my seventh audio bible purchase. It is the best. Although I like the HCSB translation a bit better in that it is a bit more clear in so much as it uses shorter sentences and is thus easier to grasp. The NASB is just as accurate. Now for what I really love about this Steven B. Stevens the narrator does not RUSH through his reading. He has a very good deep voice but not too deep. He doesn't go so slow I fall asleep it is just right. This is a great audio Bible. Put it on your MP3 player today!

Everyone today is busy regardless of whether you are a student or a full time employee. Therefore, what better way to learn the awesome Word of God than by listening to it? This is an excellent cd collection that presents the New Testament in the New American Standard Version (one of the best translations ever) in a very relaxing and interesting tone. I strongly recommend this product to anyone who wants to learn more about the Bible; just put a cd on while in your car or while exercising and listen to God speak to you through His Holy Message. You will not be disappointed in this product.

I have enjoyed 4 different audio Bibles. I wear them out!!! This is by far the best I have ever heard. The speed at which his warm male voice speaks is just right! This version is true and contemporary. It is a pleasure to listen to- and a joy to the spirit. The metal box is handy for travel. I am just thrilled with the whole thing.

I received it promptly but it skipped and in every chapter on both disks there are word skips for instance. Gal 1:6 I am amazed that you--bubub-- quickly forsaking the one who called you [[ I asked for a refund and the seller would have done so but asked if I wanted a replacement and I agreed, I received a second new one and its exactly the same skipped words in every chapter, Im keeping it but I don't recommend it to anyone

Finally got through the entire Holy Bible, in a week, while driving. Good clear voice, that was pleasant to listen to. No music background or distractions. The voice was understandable, and did not try to sound like God, Himself, talking. Easy to replay when wanted. Of course, I think this was worth the money. I have been trying to complete a start to finish Bible reading for years. Have started and stopped too many times, in different sections, and read it pretty complete that way. But it sure is nice to finally say I have been through the entire NASB, every word, at one time!

Really a great audio Bible! He reads it fairly normal, so its not distracting like a lot of others that I've listened too. The files on the discs are organized, a folder fir each book, and each chapter has a track that is named in order. I looked for a while at different audio bibles listening to audio samples and for me this one sounded the best, and I'm really happy with it.

Pros: No music or silly sound effects. Good, clear pronuciation of difficult names/terms.Cons: The narrator speaks a little too fast and forcefully. However, I have found that I have spent some time listening, I have started to get use to the narration. So it might be OK.

This is a very good source of New Testament Bible reading. Great audio presentation. I have copied it to my cell phone and made numerous copies for listening on USB thumb drives for my car radio and home work radio. Very good speaker of the New Testament passages, which will provide hours of listening everywhere.
