These along with the fruit chews saved me recently on a hike up Half Dome. I was super nauseated and couldn't eat anything. By the time we got to the top of Sub Dome I was wiped out. I was finally able to stomach anything and these and the fruit chews gave me the energy boosts I needed to get down the mountain. Loved them. Not to mention they tasted great!!

2 Organic Honey flavored Honey Stinger Stroop Waffle are sweet alone or bringing honey stinger(s) to be bun replacement of any premade sandwich, ideally meat, egg & cheese between buns provided. ie Jimmy Dean frozen breakfast sandwich made with Croissant/Biscuit/Muffin buns. 1. Adjust frozen sandwich’s(-es’) cheese (included) between the other interior ingredients 2. After adjusting sandwich contents, Microwave per instructions provided. 3. Done cooking? Remove sandwich (HOT!) contents from provided buns & onto your plate. 4. Keep or dispose of the original buns now cooked. (I keep & apply jelly/maple syrup to each bun and consume as the breakfast appetizer.) 5. Wait 3-5 minutes for sandwich contents (meat, egg & cheese) to cool. 6. Place the litely cooled sandwich contents onto one Honey Stinger Honey Stroop Waffle. 7. Consume open face or - to keep the sandwich upgrade vibe - place another Honey Stinger Waffle on top. MAKE SURE CONTENTS NOT HOT WHEN PUTTING ON HONEY STINGER HONEY STROOP WAFFLE. WAFFLE SOFTENS QUICKLY.

This little pick me up snack is yummy. Great to take with you for a hike or to work. Nice treat in the middle of the day. Only 140 calories you don't feel guilty to have (2)...yes they are that good!

Decent quality…for the most part. They remind me of the Nature Valley bars - very crumby. Not exactly healthy but they are a great pre- and intra-workout snack due to the carb content. A few of them were not fresh tasting though…definitely stale. Apparently these are gluten free.

Love this. I love the taste and it gives me just enough boost to make it through a work out. My teenagers also loves them. He’s able to keep in his backpack and eat before practices and games.

I fell in love with Honey Stinger Waffles after trying some free samples at the Boston Marathon Expo - but find them really difficult to buy in the UK. Amazon sellers always come up trumps though - and this was no exception! Waffle box arrived fully intact with no crushed waffles (that I've found so far) - all fresh and in date. Package arrived in good time, given the global circumstances and coming from overseas, well within the stated expected delivery time - great seller and fantastic product. Would recommend both.

Absolutely love Honey Stinger waffles as fuel for my long runs. My box of 16 arrived quicker than expected, in date, and all intact - all the waffles (so far) are whole and not crumbled suggesting that the package was handled carefully. This is my second purchase of the same and I'll be doing so again in the future. Thank you!
