Lo trabajé en la clase de teatro, en la parte de cuentacuentos. Los niños admiraron la historia. Las ilustraciones sirvieron de guía para la actividad posterior que fue representar alguna escena del cuento.

Translation to Spanish is terrible. I’m teaching my little ones to speak Spanish and I have to correct while I read, I’m a native speaker and the errors in the book bother me so much.

I remember loving this book when I was younger, and was so glad they have the spanish version. It is a great book if you’re teaching your children spanish.

My son loves this book. I read to him in spanish everyday and this book by far is his favorite.

For all of you who remember your childhood and would like to live it again, even if you have no children, I absolutely recommend this awesome book. The Spanish translation is very well executed, and the ilustrations are wonderful, especially if you are tired of the Disney-type books that prowl the market nowadays.Para aquellos que todavía recordamos nuestra niñez y nos gustaría revivirla, aun si no tenemos hijos, recomiendo completamente este maravilloso libro. La traducción al castellano está muy bien lograda, y las ilustraciones son fantásticas, en particular si uno está cansado de los libros estilo Disney que pululan en el mercado actual.

Used as a gift for my friend's "Where the Wild Things Are" themed baby shower. Her husband only speaks Spanish to their kids so it was perfect for their family.

The illustrations in this book are great.The language is not pages and pages, just a few sentences, but you can build up looking at the illustrations. Lovely book for a 4 year old in our case.Los dibujos en este libro son muy bonitos, con mucho detalle y dan mucho de si para desarrollar la historia.La historia no es muy larga, pero como digo, los dibujos pueden ayudar a extender la historia o ponerle algunas ideas nuevas.

we got the story in 3 languages... This Spanish version is the most beautiful out of all three that we have. It's beautifully produced. The story is a classic. Highly recommend.

I am a native Spanish and English speaker and while the translation of this is fine, in some places it does not make sense. If you can rephrase those odd bits when reading to your child, then definitely go for it. The story is a good allegory that children can grasp easily.

I love this story and the film. I wanted to be able to read it to my daughter, that's why I looked for the Spanish version. Is not bad. A couple of odd usage of the language, but in general is fine... and my daughter likes it too!

Text is rather scarce, and it does not flow very well. Nice enough but have had to make up the text
