good. tender not chewy.
the clams were tender not chewy or rubbery. in my first review I had mentioned clams had absolutely no flavor. then I found out my husband rinse them up with water I probably should have bought clam juice for added flavor. with that said I would recommend these clams.

We love to have clam sauce for dinner but Geisha Baby Clams are so hard to find it the stores. Great product. We will buy again
