The lumbar support is great . . . the back thingy is pointless but then I only bought the package deal because it was cheaper than buying the lumbar support seperately.

I've been suffering with pain in my shoulders and neck on and off for years. I have a flare up, go to an osteopath, pay a small fortune to get myself put right then slip back into my old ways of sitting slouched at my desk!This is my first day. I'm still suffering with a little pain in my shoulder after a recent flare up but with the support brace on putting me into the correct position the pain is less. I can't believe all of the items on my desk that I have had to move closer to me. How slouched was I?? The cushion support on my chair is great too and is also helping me to sit correctly. Its firm enough to support but soft enough to be comfortable.Hoping for long term relief from this product and its certainly off to a good start.

Does what its says, but time will tell

I have had these before and they have been easier to get on. Because of the design of this, you need to bend both arms back as if you were putting a rucksack on. Given that the reason I bought it was to support my shoulder as I have arthritis, it is not possible to bend my arm back so was of no use. All it needed was some way to unbutton it.

Like most people now working from home and are not used to working at the kitchen table etc I started aching in various places I didn't know existed because of being sat in a different position to that of my office desk , a friend with the same first world problem recommended this product and for the modest price I decided to make the purchase.First impressions of the product were good as it seems rather well made, I must admit I took a few attempts at getting it to fit just right and get used to putting the item on, after a few days its easy.It does correct as promised, and makes me aware of how bad I was slouched before. I'm hoping it becomes second nature to sit correctly without thinking about it in the future.Also the Item is much more discreet than I expected which is a bonus.Would definitely recommend to the home workers out there and the people who need it.

The lumbar support does what it says on the tin and works a treat. It's very comfortable and has a breathable outer mash. It's portable and can easily fit into a rucksack or work bag. With the posture corrector it takes a bit getting used to but once done it work well and can be used in combination with the lumbar support. For men with bigger frames you probably need a couple more sizes in Large and XL. Found Medium size quite small and difficult to adjust once worn. On the whole good set of products
