HanesWomen’s Slub Knit Full-Zip Hoodie, Textured Cotton Zip-Up T-Shirt Hoodie for Women

The hoodie is true to size. I ordered a small (I’m 5’3” and 125 lbs) and it fits without being too loose. It’s lightweight, more like t shirt fabric as opposed to a sweatshirt. The sleeves are not tight but fit my arms closely. It will be nice to wear with shorts in the evening or when going into air conditioned buildings. I don’t always zip hoodies but the zipper should be ok. I have not laundered the hoodie but expect it to keep its shape. I think it’s a good value and will be useful this summer.

First to get my biggest review pet peeve out of the way, my height, weight, and the size I buy, please try to add this info to your reviews It’s so helpful. I’m 5’5, weigh between 215 to 225, I am muscularly built so I wear a size 14-16 or L pant and a L to XXL in tops. I get these zip ups mostly in XXL but I also get the XL which I like when I want a little bit more of a fitted look. They aren’t to short, long, or tight for my height/build, blessed up top & bottom 😉 w/a bubbly booty and the XXL hits a couple inches above mid booty. I also get an XL which is about same length, obv a bit more form fitting in the right places, especially the waist but it doesn’t flare all weird at the bottom and the arms aren’t too tight. But I wouldn’t be able to comfortably zip an XL all the way up over the girls without uni-boob haha or just weird looking, but I prefer to wear both sizes zipped about 2 inches above my belly button anyways.I’ve been purchasing these hoodies for probably 10 years so obv I absolutely love them & they really helped bring my confidence back up after my body changed which then helped me to start trying other types of sweaters and tops and different outfits that I never would’ve thought to wear and how to style pieces differently to accentuate my gifts, that keep on giving 😉They’re the perfect thickness, especially for women going through hot flashes 🥵 🪭 or if you’re naturally hot blooded rarrr lolThey hold up well, regular wash/dry, they don’t pill, no zipper issues, they run true to size, perfect amount of stretch, comfortable med soft/thick cotton material.I like that I can wear these for a very casual lounge or work out look obv, & with a cami or v neck t-shirt under for a little flirt, w/leggings, shorts, flip flops etc or pair it with some cute jeans, a lace trim cami, casual jewelry, and a pair of low boots or even wedge sandals for a great “I made an effort” look lolAnd huge plus, they’re often on sale and you can’t beat a casual zip up for under $20 & even as low as $8 on sale. I know this is a long post, but these are all questions that I often have about tops especially zip ups & sweaters. I’m also a bit obsessed with these sweatshirts bcuz they gave me a huge boost of confidence, and helped me learn to embrace and style my fuller figure, when I really needed that.So needless to say, I absolutely love these & Hanes should hire me to be a spokesperson 😆 I hope my post helped answer some questions for people. Love this hoodie. It is thin and not bulky or ill fitting. It looks good with most anything. The pockets could be a bit deeper so my phone doesn’t slip out. I have the dark blue, light blue and salmon color. If you are buying the salmon color be warned that dark colors will show through. Someone didn’t like the printed on fabric label but honestly I didn’t even notice it because the hood covers it and it is very faint. I have had the dk blue for over 2 years and it has faded a bit but what wouldn’t. I bought 2 mediums and a small which both fit just fine. It is long and the sleeves are a bit long but that is part of what makes it comfortable. It has held up over many washings and the zipper hasn’t given out on me. I want to order a gray one too if they restock it.

I LOVE this quality lightweight summer full zip hoodie. This hoodie IS NOT lined or made with the Hanes standard "sweatshirt" fabric. It folds very small into my purse or backpack. It's perfect for going into the air conditioned movies, casual dining, shopping or change in lower temperatures when outside. I've used it as a beach cover-up. The white hoodie will show a dark underneath color as slub knit fabric is made thin but not sheer. The zipper is durable and functions well. I haven't put these hoodies in the dryer. I put on a hanger to dry after washing in the machine. They dry quickly this way. Other reviews mentioned wrinkles as a problem. I lay it down wet and smooth out any wrinkles then hang. You can also use a wrinkle release spray when dry. It hasn't been any trouble for me. I have the white, gray, & black. All ordered separately and have maintained their shape & color. Perfect warm weather hoodie!

The lightweight sweatshirt looked great the first time I wore it. It wrinkles a lot. After 1 wash, it looked awful. As if threads were pulled. I use it around the house and eventually I’ll cut it into rags. I’d thought I’d found a great deal and bought some for family mbrs. I embarrassed about that

These are great hoodies. Thin material so I can wear them in FL without being too warm. Bright colors pretty. Also bought bright pink. They fit a little snug - one of mine fit more snug than the other but I did buy the small. I am about 112 lbs. Have washed them and no problems. I would highly recommend if you're looking for a "summer hoodie".

A great thing sweatshirt. I live in SC and it's great for the chilly mornings in the spring. It is thin but it's what I expected based on other reviews. A super cute color and true to size, I love it!

Basic hoodie, lightweight and good for the gym or cooler nights. Material seems okay, not bad for the price but could be a little thicker.
