Is this product for anyone's hair or just better for a black person's hair type?

Depends on the individual. I’m a male, caucasian with shoulder length hair. I spray ‘lightly’ on hair after washing and drying. Have not had a trim in over 12 months. Stuff works if you know how to use for caucasian hair.

Does it help hair growth ?

It’s more of a hair polisher give shine to the hair
