We’ve had this for about a year and use it to heat up the water for our baby’s formula. It boils very quickly and then will reduce the temp to the desired setting so it stays warm all day/night! Just need to wash kettle and refill the water. I’m blown away by the customer service! The glass kettle was accidentally knocked over and shattered recently and I emailed the company to see if I could purchase just the glass kettle since I still have the base, and they sent me an entire new kettle and base for free and it arrived just a couple days after I emailed them! I was more than willing to pay for another kettle because we loved it so much, but how awesome that they sent a whole new one to us. Very pleased and excited to use it again!

Only had it about a week but so far I love it. To fill it up and for it heat up to the right temp for my baby’s formula takes less than a minute maybe 30 seconds. When the water gets low all I have to do is refill, I don’t need to press any buttons. It is in Celsius but it does have a chart converting the temps to F but you set it once and you’re good to go. It does take a little longer to boil and once it reaches boiling temp it starts to go back down to the preset temp, which can be good or bad depending on why you’re boiling the water. Personally the only thing I’d change the Celsius vs F. Other than that it’s as simple as simple gets. No forgetting to turn it on, which is a huge win in my book because if possible I would forget to turn it on, not like I’d matter because of how quick it gets up to temp though. If it malfunctions, will report back.

This is the absolute best tea kettle. I bought it to use with a neti pot. Boil the water then get it down to usable temp; but i use it multiple times a day for everything else. Have had it about a year. Great for tea, instant coffee/ mushroom coffee, hot chocolate, soup, rehydrating dogs food. I keep it on round the clock. So i have hot water whenever i want it. I forgot to fill it once and it turned itself off. If you put cold water in it heats in less than a minute. Only flaw.... its centrigrade instead of fahrenheit!!

I bought this kettle on Apr 14, 2021 - and it has held up so well in that time. I am only just now considering purchasing another one as ours is starting to make a bit of noise when used, but it otherwise does it's job perfectly. Size wise it will take up a bit of counter space, but if you make tea or hot cocoa or want to use it for formula, it's a perfect addition and I always have it on my countertop. Fantastic purchase and if I need another one, I'm going to rebuy this one!

Keeps water warm for formula. It's temperature is adjustable and even has the body temperature on a sticker! It was a reasonable price and doesn't take much space on my counter. Just took it right out of the box! No need to assemble.

I purchased this item expecting a brand new product and what I got was a crushed box with a used product in it! I'm returning it!I don't know what the other person did with it, but I went through the cleaning procedure that you're supposed to do before you use it and it took more than five minutes to boil, and it made a horrible noise that I could hear in my bedroom. I was wondering what the noise was so I rushed into the kitchen to find out… I'm a senior on a limited fixed income, I do not use my good money to buy a used product! I purchased this product because my daughter has one from 2020, and I use it every time I go over to her house. It works like a charm. It doesn't make noise. It's not previously stained and 5+ years later it still works the same as it did on day one. I would like to order this again, but I want to be assured that it's a brand new product and it's going to work! I may attempt to re-purchase but if there are any signs of previous usage or it doesn't work the way, my daughter's does, I'm returning that too.

This pot has work so well for us to always have the prefect temperature to make formula!
