To make ajiaco soup
I use this to tick and give flavor to my ajiaco soup. Ajiaco is a traditional soup from Colombia. This flour works perfect for it. I truly love the flavor it gives to it as fresh arrachachas are almost impossible to find in the US. 100% recommended
