The noodle texture is nice. Medium thickness, keeps its body while you eat. Soup base flavor is not so great, a little bitter and leaves a sour aftertaste. Better if the oil is omitted, which is weird because usually when you get an oil packet with ramen, that's the best part of the flavor. Overall it is just a very ordinary ramen, like any you might get at the supermarket, so go ahead and grab some Maruchan for 29¢ instead! Their Oriental and Chili flavors are both vegetarian, if that's why you were looking at this one.
