I purchased two products before trying this. They did nothing! If you follow the instructions, this product works. It takes time and work, but the result is worth the effort.

Do not use on travertine
Leaves a haze on my travertine. Only use on grout

Easiest way to apply. No wasting any and no mess!
I bought refillable nail oil applicators with brush. You will need to refill them a bunch of times, but it’s worth it. I didn’t get any on my tile! I used a hair die bottle to fill the tube with the grout sealer. See pictures. I bought Pack 3 ml Transparent Twist Pens, Empty Nail Oil Pen with Brush Tip, Cosmetic Lip Gloss Container Applicators Eyelash Growth Liquid Tube (5x). There is a video from a reviewer showing how to refill them. I gave the sealer 4 stars because I don’t know how long it lasts between applications.

Tile Grout
The grout was really bad. The Grout Ezz really cleaned it. I changed the water many times because it did clean so well. It was a work out for me to get done. It looks so good now. I will definitely continue to use this product again.

Best Grout Sealer
Recommended by friend whose husband was a tile man. Clean-Eez Cleaner and the Grout Sealer are the best.
