Work great
I have bought this to replace the red part as well as the entire valve. Good product with acceptable price.

This valve sticks and does not work
Update: this seller stands behind what they sell and offered me a full refund for this valve. Spent hours lubricating, banging it open and closed with a rubber mallet. Then I posted on a plumbers group and they all know that these valves are total junk and immediately bind. Some were saying they install them with unions bc they have to replace them constantly, others were saying they have spare handles bc the handles routinely break while trying to open and close the valves. It is really, really hard to operate this valve, even after lubricating and moving it many times. They just suck. Pay extra for a stainless or brass then use a PVC threaded npt adapter from Lowes to glue in. Done and will last forever.

VERY HAPPY WITH THIS VALVE!
This valve is heavy duty and suited my purpose very well. Instead of the usual small butterfly turn-off handle, it has a heavy, long handle that makes turning it on and off very easy. I used it as a dispenser valve for my bird seed container. Followup customer service inquiry by the seller was appreciated and cordial. Thank you. Doug

Great Product
These valves are really sturdy but they are very difficult to open and close. I made a tool that helps me open and close the valves and I hope after a lot of use they will loosen up. I couldn't figure out how to send a photo of the tool I made!

Hard to turn
Is OK and does what is supposed to do but is hard to turn.

Worked Great
I used this on and an orchard sprinkling system to replace an old failed gate valve. works great. To make it easier for me to open and close I slip a 2ft peace of 1 1/2 pvc pipe over the handle works great.

Worthless.
Can I give zero stars? Ordered two of these in November. One broke before even being installed. Second one broke now. Skip this product if you don’t want a headache. It’s useless - thanks for a ruined week of replacing this worthless thing
