Sinus-Max Nasal Spray Decongestant, 12 Hour Over-The-Counter Medication Nose Spray for Sinus Relief, Nasal Decongestants for Adults, Cooling Menthol, 0.75 Fl Oz (Pack of 3)

I have been using the Mucinex Sinus Max Nasal Spray for years. Even with allergy meds, this is one of the only meds I have found that relieve sinus pressure and work great as a decongestant. There isn't much of a taste, but it does have a bit of a burn when it really starts working (something I have found is normal for most nasal sprays). I do love that it cools too, making it not burn as much as other brands. My only complaint is that you do have to use it early in the day; it will affect your sleep quality and make you more alert. Overall, though, the bottle is a pretty good size and does last for quite some time, even during allergy season. It was a pretty good value for the money, too, since I find it regularly on sale.

This is a life saver! It works so fast and doesn't burn my nose. It keeps my nose cool and relieves the congestions almost instantly. The only caveat is that we should really stop using it after a couple of days of use as it does result in rebound congestion. I was really tempted to keep using it for my congestion, but finally ended up using it more than recommended. Use regular saline spray for everyday use and this one only for the recommended dosage/period.

This Shtuff is AMAZING. First nasal spray I have ever used that actually works, and works fast! It doesn't even matter if you are 100% clogged up; you still squirt it up in there, and within 10-15 minutes, things start to open up. I think once, in a worst case, I did two sprays up on the side, which was totally clogged, and had to do 1 more spray about 15 minutes later to clear everything up. But this stuff really works and works fast, and works for a good part of the day.

As there is no means to indicate a negative number, consider this a negative five rating. My wife suffering from ragweed allergy bought two of these and could not open them. Directed to squeeze the bottom part then squeeze and turn from the top. I'm a former football player, and my hands are very strong. For the life of me, I could not open this thing no matter how I attempted. I finally had to get a pair of pliers to pull of the top and the lid. I then had to use heavy duty nail clippers to snip all the outer plastic on the bottom part. Then I used a knife to cut this away. After practically destroying the thing, I finally put it back together and then the sprayer would not spray when pushed down. In all this process, it leaked all over the place. Bottom Line: It matters not how good this stuff may be, getting it open and then using it is impossible. I am so furious I want to use a litany of superlatives (curse words) to discribe this nightmare, but I will use a military term, this is a total Charlie Foxtrot. Be Warned: DO NOT BUY THIS!

This nasal spray really does what it promises — it clears your nose quickly and actually lets you sleep through the night. No more lying awake, staring at the ceiling, with your head pounding because you can’t breathe. For that, it’s a lifesaver. However, I’m removing one star because you get used to it very quickly. You really have to control yourself and use it only when you absolutely can’t manage without it. To be fair, the packaging clearly says not to use it for more than three days — so the warning is there. Who’s warned is armed. Still, despite the warning, the fast dependency is the reason I’m taking off one star. Effective, fast relief — just be careful and don’t overuse it.

2 of my daughters are breastfeeding and this is the only med they could safely take and actually get relief!! It has that menthol taste/ smell so while clearing you get that cooling comfort to your nasal cavity that allows you to sleep when your nose decides it’s now a waterfall!! I like it for myself, but mostly love that my girls can use it and find an ability to breathe and sleep while restricted from so many other meds when sick. Amazon was the best price and overnight made it more awesome!! It’s not too thick and sprays up evenly. I’ll be sure to keep this on hand for sick seasons!

Best nasal spray ever. Works immediately when all stuffed up. Definitely worth the money

In the photo, the container on the left is the packaging I used before, and the one on the right is the new version. However, the new container is very difficult to open. I purchased it over a month ago, and I still haven’t been able to open it. I request that the manufacturer resolve this issue as soon as possible.
