Made from rice and soybean miso, bonito, ginger, caramel and red pepper. A great and unique sweet, savory sauce, excellent as a marinade or glaze. Can be incorporated with ice cream or yogurt for a great balance of sweet and spicy.

Really good! I put this on my salmon & broil in the oven, or bake, any fish really. It's the best sauce to marinate with. I found out about it at a famous restaurant in Chicago & have been ordering it since. Delivery was fast & the product was well packaged.
