Ahhh so soothing and calming
Very nice toner. Calms my rosacea especially when I use in conjunction with hydrocortisone. Very soothing and never causes breakouts. Keeps dryness away but not oily or greasy. Best used right after you wash when your skin is still damp. Apply using cotton ball or cotton pad. Usually only use on cheeks and chin unless the winter wind chaps my skin. A bit pricey but you don’t need very much and last a long time.
