I was really surprised by this roller. I was skeptical because there were no verified reviews, reviews by seemingly people who had been paid to do it, and it was only $11 shipped... I didn't even expect to get it. Well, I got it shipped to Hawaii and I'm very impressed. It's probably pretty similar to the more expensive ones at half the price. Great buy.

I absolutely love this foam roller for many different reasons first reason would be I love the stretching benefits it provides me allows me to stretch my muscles and give me the flexibility I used to have. Secondly, I really enjoy using this when I have back pains which is most women with mid-larger breast do. Innoway it feels like I'm getting a little bit of deep tissue massage want to roll my back out and it helps immensely. Also I Love that I can roll out the lactic acid buildup after I work out my recovery time is diminished with the muscle roller. It is very sturdy and easy to use You can control how much pressure you apply to the area, which means you can really focus on areas that are sore and need more work. This foam roller is by far the best I've ever owned. Even if your not a gym buff you can reap benefits from this foam roller. I use it the most on my back to help with back pain. It's very comfortable and came packaged with instructions on how to use it properly. Remember if it hurts too much you probably need to adjust it so you're comfortable. I was really excited to use this foam roller at my health clinic. However with the pipe in it there is absolutely no give. All my clients tried it and we are left with if you didn't know about massage, fitness, anatomy it would help. If you do you won't use this long. It is really hard.

On the wrapping that the roller comes in shows ways to use the foam roller to help massage tight muscles and even do just massage to massage yourself. It works on almost any place you could think of.
