Living in an area with chilly winters, I often find myself layering up like an onion, but this jacket really cuts down on the bulk. The heating elements (I believe there are 5 zones – back, chest, and arms) warm up pretty quickly, and you can really feel the heat. I appreciate the three different heat settings; usually, medium is perfect for everyday use, but high definitely comes in handy when it's really freezing. The jacket itself feels well-made and is water-resistant, which is a big plus for snowy or damp days. The battery pack lasts a decent amount of time on the lower settings, but if you crank it to high, you might want a backup for a full day out. My only minor drawback is that the battery pack can feel a little bulky in the pocket, but it's a small trade-off for the warmth it provides. Overall, a fantastic jacket for anyone who spends time outdoors in the cold!

I got this heated jacket for my husband as a gift since he’s out hunting all the time, and he’s obsessed with it! This is a fantastic looking and high-quality heated jacket. The styling is on point. The materials and stitching are top-notch. The included battery pack lasts quite a long time and can be used to charge devices. However it is a heavy battery pack. This is not a negative, it just is what it is. I’ve been wearing the jacket quite often for the last three months, and have not had any problems. The stitching has not frayed. The fabric looks to be high-quality. I have been In light rain and has been water repellent. The only thing is that it seems the sizes run large. I ordered a large, which is what I usually wear, but it is too big for me. I should’ve returned it for a medium, however because I had already worn it a couple of times before I really made note of the size, I didn’t think I could return it. I would definitely buy this jacket again, and in fact would consider adding the heated vest to my wardrobe.

1 star:I will update this after I get my replacement depending on how it goes.I received my jacket today and it seems to be DOA. I can’t get it to turn on despite the battery saying 100% and being able to charge other things. So I would check this when you get it so you don’t get into a trip and it not work or if it’s a gift you don’t miss the return window.UPDATE:I got the second jacket 4 days later. I refer to it as the second jacket because it is not a new jacket. The plastic bag it came in was wadded up and stuffed in the box with the jacket lose. The box for the battery had stickers on it and the cable for the battery was also loose in the box.All of that being said the second jacket does work and using the first jacket and second battery the first jacket will work. The first battery will not work with the second jacket though. So the battery with the first jacket was the problem.I am going to change it to 3 stars but would have been higher if I had not been sent a used jacket.
