My new favorite toy, after my mug,"my precious""
Oh my gosh my new favorite toy! I tried it on my Medline wheelchair and on my Medline walker and it fits both perfectly and is out of the way of my hand, and I tightened it behave enough to hold my big 32 oz thermal mug that I just got which is my favorite ever, and although I waited for it to crack it did not :-). By the way after 10 years of searching for the perfect thermos for insulated coffee on the go, I finally found it... Encool. They don't have smaller than 32 oz, but this cup holder even holds that plus my phone which has a big humongous tracker on it I just turn it upside down. The thermos was on a quick sale when I bought it and if you put it in your cart or save for later I'm sure it will go on sale for you too :-). (If you can wait and live without it!) Also by the way, you can put this mug at the rear of the walker handle or the front, on the(high) rung below your handle rung. It works better for me at the front out of the way. And at the rear on my wheelchair. And I just got my favorite new toy, a drive rollator, which doesn't have a parallel bar to put it on but I tried it on the angled padded bar in front and it said it angle. No it will not hold my 32 oz coffee mug unfortunately, but it will hold my smaller water while if I need it to and of course the phone. So I guess it depends on what brand of stuff you have whether it fits or not. But I could not be happier so far! And at just under 200 lb I might add, I have not had to go to anything heavy duty or it might have bigger handles and rungs and not fit.

Stayed on walker and didn’t come lose.
This worked great for my parents walker on our cruise! They were able to walk around and enjoy the drink packages while still utilizing the stability of their walker.

Awesome for wheelchairs
My mom used this on a trip on a rental wheelchair and it was perfect for the entire time. She put venti-sized Starbucks drinks in it with no issues, so it will hold a lot of liquid with no slipping. Could probably hold up to a 24 ounce water bottle pretty easily. She could fit her iPhone 16 Pro Max in it too in the phone holder part with no issues (she has a thin clear case). Very sturdy, good size, and didn't stand out too much on the wheelchair.

Cell phone does not fit
Delivery was on time and the product was perfectly fine. However, the cell phone in its case does not fit into the space provided for it, so I had to return it and look for something else. I was disappointed, of course, because it seemed to be the perfect accessory for my husband’s Rollator.

A very inexpensive wheelchair cup and phone Holder
It works, I bought one for my husband who is in a care center, a lady really liked it cause she kept loosing her phone just like my husband. I bought another cup and phone holder and gifted it to my husband's friend at the facility.

Beware of liquid damage to phone
I bought this for my 89 year old mother's walker. The quality is good, the grip is tight. It does not slip or tilt down while walking. It seemed like the perfect solution for her when she comes back from the dining room with a drink and she needs both hands to push the walker. And it was, until a few months went by and her phone started to malfunction. She would not put a lid on her drink (no matter how many times we reminded her to) and her phone was getting wet every time she would go over any kind of bump. She had no idea that was happening of course. Tmobile investigated the problem we were having with the phone and found a lot of water damage. We are now forced to get a new and will be getting a new phone/drink holder where that will not be able to happen.
