Okay Chair, Poor Setup Instructions
Chair came poorly packaged, busting the seams out of the box. There was one sheet of instructions with no text to them, pictures only - which would’ve been okay if there was a sheet or something to identify the hardware and parts that were sent that are needed for assembly. The second step of instructions, I needed a hammer to drive the piece into the metal because the part was too big for the hole. And the instructions showed something completely different than what I was given to assemble the base of the chair. The quality seems okay, the chair came with a couple scratches and one nick on the armrests. It will get the job done but I’m not sure if I’d buy this chair again.

This chair didn't last that long. The pole ended up bending. My husband is a big man. 6'8" and 350 lbs. So for smaller people it might be fine.

Not a chair sturdy enough to hold full figure customer.
Good for my first chair. It a customer is too heavy or to wide, this chair won't work.
