Nice laptop but could be better
The screen is excellent, keyboard and mouse-pad perfectly good.I was disappointed that the power supply is now USB-C instead of using the Dell dc input. Thus using the only USB-C port. The cooling fans screech in a very unpleasant way - apparently this can be improved with a firmware patch, but I couldn't find itoverall, if the fan issue can be corrected this is a very nice laptop

Sound Problems, Motherboard failure, Terrible software and Drivers
To be honest, I am very disappointed with this laptop even though it had good reviews when I was purchasing it and generally youtube reviews were positive. I had thermal throttling issues, motherboard failure, keyboard defect, it would wake up randomly with a closed lid at night. I've been using dell laptops for the past 10 years and always recommended this brand. But after this laptop, I won't touch Dell with a 10-foot pole any more.
