Fit was good and did align to the size chart shown. I used these for a very wet muddy winter walk and they did the required job of keeping much of the thick Cotswold mud off me and stopped most of the splash from soaking me. The front seam makes putting these on and taking them off fairly straight forward. The cinch type strap at the top did a good job at helping keep these in place. They seem robust and well made and cleaned up ok afterwards.

First bought these in Nov 23, absolutely brilliant and still going strong, very robust for searching in thick undergrowth. Have just purchased a second pair in exactly the same size. Same length and circumference but the upper part of these gaiters is no longer as robust material, not as thick and feels like it will tear if having to go through thorns, unlike my first pair, hence 4 stars. Shame they changed the material, would rather have paid more for the strength. We shall see how long these last.

We are 3 years in and they’re still going strong. Great value, great quality, keep the rain, mud and horse out of my boots!

A strong product with easy fit design. Velcro and conventional straps hold them firmly in place. The velcro so effective that it grips your woollies so keep your jumper clear as it grips very firmly. These are great for protection trousers legs when hiking, scrambling etc, but I needed them to keep sawdust out of my boots while using a chainsaw which is a near daily job this time of year. They are especially good for this purpose and have simple fit making fitting and removal easy especially useful if muddy at the time. Brilliant pair of gaiters for many possible uses.

I bought these for my 'rambling' wifelet. They look so smart on as they are slightly longer than the ones they are replacing, and come up to just below the knee. She LOVES them. She especially wanted velcro fitting gaiters as they are far easier to fasten and take off. A TIP HERE! The Velcro on them is VERY, VERY VERY strong, so I went on line to find out how to make them slightly easier to unfasten, but eventually came up with my own solution which worked a treat. I sprayed the length of the 'hook' side with just a little WD 40, and the difference was fantastic! (In time of course, they will not need this treatment.)

Go smaller!

Why did you choose this product over others?: Though not the most durable, if you only plan on using them for hiking every now and again they will do the job for the price point. I have been steadily using them daily for work and over time now (3 months) the buckle part under the boot has inverted so it doesn’t stay clasped and often comes undone. Other than this they still shield my legs from branches and ticks and most water so I am happy!
