As parents know, locking scooters is nearly impossible. We now have two kids scooter-ing to the same school, & we need to lock up the scooters (razors get pinched sometimes). This lock works like a charm - both scooters to a pole or bike-rack. It wouldn't deter a truly determined or experienced thief, but it would deter anyone else (& our main concern, with the razor, is an un-escorted middle school kid or a high school student). Because of the fixed loop - which is the only way the lock works on scooters - it can be difficult to manipulate & close. Even worse if you're in a rush or a little one wants to do it "by myself." But still a winner!

I have a Razor E350, but I was afraid to actually go anywhere with it. A normal bike lock just wouldn't work. *This* lock totally solves that problem. Just loop it through anything & you're good to go. The actual key/lock mechanism is a little tricky. Inserting the key can be a little tricky... and then you have to turn it to line up with the hole on the opposite half. It's not a deal breaker, but it's just a little trickier than a normal key lock. Still the best option out there for anyone looking to lock up an 'unconventional' mode of transport.

The media could not be loaded.  Pros:The customer support was tremendous! They sent me the product three times as it wouldn't work ever.Con:The locker can be easily opened by any child in a couple seconds. In the video attached I made it in 15 seconds only because I was trying to record it. Can be done in 2-3 seconds! At first I though it was a design error so I asked for a replacement. I ended up getting three of them. None of them work! bad bad badThanks so much to the vendor for all the units you sent me but the product is crappy.

We have two. One for a long board and one for a pro scooter. Works great on both. Amazing customer service as well!

Came in defective. The part where key meets the cable part is not connected. Im in the process of sending it back but since it's the only lock that my son can use to lock up his scooter at school. I will be purchasing another one. Seems to be a great product. Hopefully the next one is in perfect condition. I also wish we could program our own code. Other than that It seems to be a great product.Update. Sent the defective product back and the new one works great. I really recommend this product to lock up your scooter, skateboards or even your luggage.

I've had the combination lock for just over a month now, and it worked fine for the first couple weeks. Now the numbers get stuck and it's really difficult to put the combination in to actually unlock it. 2 stars because the concept is great. I love being able to loop it around virtually any object.

Had a safe snowboarding season with this lock. I used the roll out string locks in the past and I was always worried when I would go inside the lodge.This fits nicely in my jacket pocket and you don't even notice it when you're on the mountain. This is a really strong lock, and I sure it's a great deterrent.Glad I found this before leaving on my trip

My son wants to ride his scooter to school but I worry about someone riding off with it. Leaving it untethered would make that so easy. If someone really wanted to steal it they could by easily snipping the cable so it's not theft proof, It's just a deterrence from a quick theft. It should do the job during school hours but I won't take the risk of leaving it there after school hours.
