I have been using Sinusalia for years and have recommended it to numerous people with sinus or allergy issues. Sinusalia has helped clear up sinus infections that the over-the-counter pharmaceutical drugs don't help at all. Because I now take Sinusalia pellets consistently every night before bed as part of my bedtime routine along with an herbal nasal spray, I seldom have sinus pressure or infections. If I feel some sinus pressure starting (usually because I have been eating poorly), I simply take a few extra doses of Sinusalia pellets and it clears up right away. I must say I'm very thankful for this product and highly recommend that anyone with ongoing sinus issues take Sinusalia daily as a preventative. The pellets simply dissolve under your tongue and are quite tasty :-)

These really work. We take them whenever we have a cold and they clear up the congestion and allow us to breath and stop sneezing and sniffling for a few hours, with no side effects. The only downside is you need to take more every couple of hours. Also, the container is a little hard to figure out how to dispense the very tiny pellets and they sometimes like to jump away which sends us searching all over the floor for the rogue pellets. But all in all, we love this medicine so much more than the drugs like Sudafed which leave us with so many side effects.

Amazing way to finally get relief. I have had a lingering sinus pain that made me feel like I had a low grade headache.This product helped to get rid of it. I also took the advise to use a hot water bottle with 1/2 hot water and 1/4 of cool water. leaving the rest empty space. Lay down and apply to forehead. The sinus will finally open up so that it can flow out again.Start with a high dosage and reduce by one perle every time you take a new dose.This way your body will learn to manufacture its own.

I love this stuff!!! I have the worst allergies... the doctors I've been to can't even figure out how I cope with the severity of my nasal blockage. This is and arnica are the only two items that actually relieve my sinus migraines, prevent them if I feel them coming on and relieve the everyday stuffy nose that I have.Love, love, love!!!!!!!!!!!! I have this on autoship. I have tried the dissolving tabs and they are ok but the pellets work much better.
