So good.
I get a bad stomach from most pasta as I have I.B.S I decided to try these as I was hearing that many people can eat foods in Europe that they can't eat in America and boy were they right! I can eat this with no repercussions whatsoever.

Noodles are not just a place to hold sauce.
These things noodles are what I choose for most sauces, soups, and for simple garlic and butter. The are easy to cook and don't overtake what's on top of them. Yet, at the same time thay are tasty. I love this product.

Best tasting and best texture of any spaghetti I've ever eaten
Sure it's expensive compared to other brands but we're not talking expensive cars, it's pasta, just a few bucks more for a way better eating experience. It says to cook for 4 minutes but I found 5 minutes works best for me and is still firm to the tooth. I use the angel hair for just about all my spaghetti needs.

Enriched? Why?
I was disappointed to receive the pasta today and see that it is enriched with folic acid, which my body doesn’t process. Whole point of ordering italian pasta was to avoid it, but apparently they make a different version for US markets.
