Transform Your Life Through Handwriting Audio CD – Unabridged, January 1, 2009

I bought her Cds and workbook many years ago and just changed the way I write a few letters and did notice is felt good writing that way. Recently, due to lots of challenges in my life, I chose to go through the entire CDs again as well as enroll as a student of Vimala in order to really give it my best. Under her guidance I am now practicing the writing for a half hour to hour per day. For the first couple weeks I did not notice much but now after about 3 weeks of diligently following her guidance and actually writing, I am noticing subtle yet very positive shifts in my life. I am happier, my work is going smoother, my relations and interactions will all people is warmer and more empathetic. I am more relaxed and am having more vivid dreams. The daily writing practices are now as important to me as my meditation practice, it is actually a type of meditation!

My handwriting has changed over the years and not for the better. What used to be neat and legible turned into notes that I even have a hard time reading. The reviews from bloggers, and her website intrigued me, so I thought I'd give it a whirl.Although the idea is to focus on a letter or two for thirty days, I have been writing two to four letters a day, and spend about an hour on writing and reading associated meanings. I decided to use colored pens to reflect the element of the letter. It's amusing to see how my hand and brain get confused as it tries to decide whether to stick with the old or go with the new lettering.Overall, the process and the book has been quite enjoyable and I have found myself more mindful when I write in general.

I ordered this some time back and have been happy with it since I got it. I originally started by reading the book and playing with the cards just to see what the letters were like and get a feel for the whole process. I couldn't put the book down, I was riveted for a few hours. It was exciting to me to see the connection between my handwriting and how life played out. I enjoyed learning about the letters, getting to know them more fully than just knowing its a letter. After a week or so, I listened to the Cd's that came in the kit. I liked it and wish there were more on different handwriting samples and the way different handwriting is in everyday life. I have enjoyed this kit and would recommend this to anyone to wants to learn more about themselves.

What an easy way to make some dramatic changes in your life! I started writing the letters in the Vimala alphabet immediately and friends started noticing a difference in me. I was easier to get along with, wasn't as argumentative and started listening in a different way.When I started talking about changing my life by writing, I thought my friends would think I was crazy. Instead several looked back and noticed that when they changed their name by writing it differently major changes happened in their lives. Well it's happening for me too. So far I have found a more fulfilling job, have a relationship for the first time in more than ten years and am more comfortable with who I am.So grateful to have found this program - really worth it.

Very well written - a lovely package. I haven't really had the time to practice the handwriting as much as I'd like to, but plan to work more on it soon. I enjoy the information in the handbook - it's all new to me. It would be wonderful if it could actually transform my life. I checked out an old yearbook and found some handwriting samples of high school classmates and noticed that one of them whom I consider to be quite successful in life has very similar handwriting to what is demonstrated in this handbook. Is that coincidence? I don't know, but I plan to find out!

I have enjoyed handwriting. I found this to be a great exercise for self improvement . I looked forward to each morning of doing my page of writing. I found it fun to learn new ways to write and I continue to make the letters the way Vimala taught. I would shuffle the card and pick the letter of the day, the same way I use Doreen Virtue's angel cards. I found it amazing that the card that came to me each morning I really connected with and that lesson was really the one I needed..the angels knew what I needed to focus on.. and it never failed that letter would come up . Sometimes I would pick the same letter over and over for days..I believe it was till I finally figured it out and learned that lesson, then I could move on.

I purchased this after listening to a Louise Hay CD about 2 years ago and I have absolutely no regrets. This is an amazing system that totally starting changing my life. Vimala Rodger is a genius - I would love to tour her mind. The first change I noticed is my relationship with my husband which got better and better. This is one of the many changes I have experienced. I sometimes get anxious as well as excited before a 40 day challenge because the change or experience happens immediately when you pick up that pen and start writing. It blows my mind all the time. I know Vimala explains how it works but it still never ceases to amaze me.

I purchased Vimala Rodgers's book, and completed reading it within two hours. It was very easy to understand with step by step instructions.I especially thought the presentation of the guidebook, journal, cards and CD with the matching orange box and graphics was very beautiful. It got me in the mood of sitting down daily in my "sacred place" and writing my letter of the day and letter of the month.Each letter comes with it's own animal, guide, gemstone to refer back to. I've already noticed subtle changes in my life and of course my handwriting.This book is not a course of writing legibility. It's a book that allows you to discover and become aware of how you write and how each letter impacts old habits and patterns that have played a role in your life.I ask myself, how often does one write anymore? I mostly use my keyboard or cell phone. It's refreshing to get back to the basics and discover a appreciation for writing and it's importance in making changes with old patterns of thinking. Thank you Vimala for an extraordinary book!

I bought this as an accompanyment to 'Your handwritting can change your life' It is the perfect partner to Vimala Rodgers origional book, and is filled with lots more interesting information.If you are just interested in the topic I would suggest buying the book on its own, if you then want to practise Vimala Rodger's alphabet, then buy this set.The CDs are very helpful as you can sit and practise your writing while listening to Vimala talking about each letter.The individual alphabete cards are great as they are big enough to really show you how to form each letter correctly.To change your handwriting is a difficult challenge, this is a must have item if you are serious about doing so.

Everybody should have this in their home. It WORKS! Do you want more from your life, do you want to be happy, do you want to begin to have the things you only dream about? The Vimala is the beginning of this process! You have to start somewhere if you want a good change, don’t you? Just by doing the same things each day, over and over will not get you anywhere. Try THIS and you will see the results; the rest will come by itself.
