Love collecting rocks and minerals. And my wife absolutely loved this little kit. Great for anyone and age. Good activity to do alone or together with someone. Comes with a nice book.

Such an amazing kit. We have used this EVERY Tuesday and Thursday for our homeschool co-op days as we are in a 10 week unit on Rocks and Minerals. It has fun games that we have played. And so many different colored rocks for the kids to look at and feel. It is perfect for my classroom! 10 out of 10 in fun and design!! Highly recommend!!

My son and I enjoy playing this game. We have learned a lot about different rocks and minerals and have already used that knowledge in everyday life. There is a bingo side and a tic tac toe side, a few different options on how to play. The only negative we have found is that sometimes we have a hard time finding the rock that matches the description. Some are not as obvious as others, but it’s only a few that we had trouble with. All in all a fun educational way to learn about different rocks. My son is 8 and stayed engaged with the game the whole time.

This is a cool learning resource, gift, or addition to collection. It includes so many different specimens. The kit is cool for any age and also includes an awesome guide. My kids loved the fossils as well. There are many topics that can be covered with these! The box is also reusable and easy for organization. Small bags are also included. The only con is the magnifier is tiny. But that isn’t a big deal. Everything else ROCKS! ;)

A gift for my 8yo grandson. He LOVED IT! We all (3 adults & 2 kids) played several rounds of Bingo & spent a fair amount of time after the games, comparing colors, picking favorites & learning about them. I highly recommend this set!

The rocks are smaller than I expected, but there was over 600 crystals in it, so that was awesome and way worth it!!

Lots of beautiful stones, but the reason for three stars is that the item description is slightly misleading. I was expecting the stones to be a bit larger. They don’t mention the size of the stones and if I would have know that over 3/4 of the stones were basically just chips of stones about 0.1-0.4 inches I would have went with another option.

Great for kids occupied

Great idea, fun games and a happy child. Some of the examples are not great, we're looking to buy a better blue calcite as the one included has poor colour. Luck of the draw I guess.

Really good collection of larger stones than most kits. With gaming/learning ideas. Just needs a full book to discuss all the stone types.
