Aduki Beans
The only negative point on this aduki Beans is that it is very hard and it takes a long time to boil to soften. Otherwise it is very good quality

Do not buy these. These are old beans and therefore will not cook
Adzuki beans should cook in about 40 minutes, an hour maximum.I soaked these overnight using boiling water. They have now been simmering for 2 HOURS and are way too hard to eat. This only happens when the beans are old. Old beans will never become soft, however long you cook them.I would have tinned but I couldn’t find tinned adzuki beans anywhere. What a waste! I’ll try a different make.
