I like the product because of the back pain I've had for the past year, although I thought the mattress would have been a lot firmer to alleviate my back pain, it hasn't. It's a beautiful mattress to sleep on but is too soft for me. I need a much firmer orthopaedic, memory foam double mattress.

Suppose to be a orthopedic memory foam mattress firm but u can still feel the springs so won't recommend it to anyone also when you tell them about the mattress they tell you that there charge of £30 for someone from their end to come collect it which it was free delivery so they should not charge and its very poor value for money they just rip you off

The quality was very good! However, we found that it was too soft for us! We didn’t return it, but put it onto another bed in another room!

Ordered to replace existing prior to hip replacement as firm mattress needed. No firmness when sitting on edge to get into bed and within a month the integral springs were overlocking making a loud noise when body pressure was released.
