Perform Better Mini Band Resistance Loop - Exercise Bands

Out of all the physical therapists I've used, the one I've respected the professionalism and effectiveness of the most uses this brand. Forget all the thin, disappointing other brands, get these.

Best quality of bands I have. As a personal trainer, bands come and go but these have lasted me the longest. Definitely recommend.

I did '80 Day Obsession' with these, and they lasted almost all 80 days; with 2 weeks to go, the black band snapped right down the middle during a move where you walk side-to-side on your knees and come up to standing. I was not hurt, in fact it stroked my ego a bit that my thighs are apparently strong enough to break the black band. The cast uses these same bands, but only the yellow, green and blue; the black came in very handy so I didn't always have to double up bands. These worked great for the program, HOWEVER. They do stretch out over time and are then easier, which is not helpful for tracking progress. Still a great tool for the price, though, and it's really nice that they are light and easy to travel with. They still bring the burn.

These were recommended by my husband's PT for his shoulder rehab. He has been very happy with them and his shoulder his progressing nicely.

I needed these exact ones. Arrived on time, high quality. The rubber seems very new.

Black colored band snapped after about a year of weekly use. About 800 reps total. Not sure if that's good or bad. The snap was loud and might have hurt bystanders if hit in the face.
