Don’t twist the wax tip too tight!
As soon as I opened this, I broke the wax tip off! I was just checking it out since I’d never seen one before and I never realized the tip was made of wax, I gave it a tiny twist (DUMB) and it crumbled into pieces

Black works better
The black one works better than the white and ya I know make that make sense. It is best for the small projects if used too long it warms up too much the. Is not as effective. I love it for my diamond painting coasters in the go!

Flimsy
The top potion that grabs the gem is not well put together. It is very flimsy and moves around far to much when trying to pick up a gem. The case once it is opened the first time no matter how hard you try never goes back together and closes.

Plastic end broke
Both plastic pieces at the end broke while I was using the rhinestone pens. I jus been using the metal end part . I will update with a picture
