I use the cool compress every night and it has helped remarkably. The cool insert freezes well and in the very comfortable adjustable eye covering holds it coolness for hours. I like the soft feel of the covering and is easy to sleep in and blocks 100% of the TV light. I use the tv for background noise. A great buy for the price.

I love this mask! I love the lavender smell, but just wish it was more balanced. It’s overpowering in the beginning and then the smell fades really quickly, and a few weeks of owning, I can barely smell it. I think it would be nice if they provided a little bottle of lavender oil with it to refresh the scent occasionally. I do like fact it has a little bit of weight. Would buy again.

I purchased this item after suffering from swollen itchy eyes from allergies. I keep the bead back in the freezer so it is always cold and ready to use. It feels fantastic on my eyes and also helps with my headaches as I am a migraine sufferer.

I picked this up to use for morning meditations (my eyes are always puffy when I wake up), and also to help when I get headaches. I adore the heat pack, the cover is nice and soft, and the ice pack both cools quickly and holds it's cold for quite a while. Very pleased with this eye mask.

This is not for the average size face. It’s definitely made for maybe a child

Comes with a cool pac and a heat pac. I have used the heated pac and it works well for my achy sinuses. The cover is soft and the velcro headband works well. I would recommend it.

Great product for stye. Heats up nicely. Lavender smell does go away after a few heat ups but overall still great.
