I am much better and only take it twice a day
My experience is as follows. I had a stent put in my heart last year and I started to use this product. I used four boxes a month because I was taking the heart-health packet four times a day. Now, I am much better and only take it twice a day. I also use the Co Q-10 from the same company. Not the Isotonix version but the get cap version.
