If you need a matte black trap and have even the longest piping needs like me, this is THE trap for you. The difference between this and some others is that it has long pipes in both directions. In my case, the vertical was so long that I used a cheap compression ring between my drain and trap. Works beautifully and is probably more sturdy than the previous trap which uses threads.

The valves were not an easy installation. Fitting was a female end. Should send the compression fittings instead.

I used this p trap kit because I don’t like the cheap kits from the hardware store . This worked well except where it hooks to the sink drain . I had to cut the top of the p trap off and use a 1inch rubber hub coupler . All of the other joints seal nicely

Nice heavy gauge tubing and very nice black finish.

Pieces look great, easy to assemble but the gaskets at the joints leak. Little threaded rings hold the joints together, hard to tighten them without scratching the ring.Wouldn’t buy these again, really expensive for what they are.

Bought this to install in my bathroom sink; it was a live edge floating vanity. Ran the P trap into a 1-1/4" PVC line that fed into an 1-1/2" exit line out the bathroom wall. Not only did the P trap leak, but the joint exiting the sink itself would not hold any water whatsoever. The connecting sleeves and gaskets did not seal and I could not get them to quit leaking no matter how secure the connection was. These tubes were not even holding any water pressure; they're simply designed to contain water flowing through them....and they still leaked like a sieve. I'm reminded of the saying, "A fool and his money are lucky to get together in the first place". This fool just learned a 30 dollar lesson.
