Very weak springs hardly marks at all. Did not come with two replacement tips as advertised. Save your money people

Used it 3 times then failed. I was able to fix it but it then failed again after 5 more uses. It's good enough if you don't need to use this daily.

These spring-loaded punches are the types of tools one asks why he or she never bought before. From just making marks for measurements to indenting wood for drilling to keep the drill bit in place. They will even punch through very thin aluminum for screw holes.These punches also come with replacement parts for when you wear out the striker.

One firm press and you have the perfect dimple to drill metal roofing sheet. Also great for wood and drilling holes. One push and dimple is made. Drill then stays in place! Comes with extra pont!

Well these are not as good as I hoped, but didn’t really expect 5 stars for the price, bought because current punch always seems to be in the other workshop when I need it. The finish and handling is good. They work out of the packet. The points are file soft not 58RC so they won’t last long on steel. The striker seems hardened, judging by the time it took to stone it smooth to ensure consistent operation. Overall ok for the money but the extra points will be needed!

Always handy to have a centre punch handy, and good value to have 2, however a other mentioned they work intermittently. One moment they work next not. I am not too bothered as you can use them with hammer and even light action does leave a small mark. Do not want to spend to much On a tool I will use occasionally.

These are really not worth a penny. Most of the time they just don't work, the mechanical design is very poor. A nail & hammer will in most cases give better results. No wonder they sell them in pairs - one may work, in my case neither did. Not even worth the hassle of printing paperwork & the walk to return them.

Well built with spare tips should you wear the originals out, works without having to excerpt too much pressure.

Better than I expected after reading a few other reviews. But the two I got both work fine. I would order again but im sure I wont need to.
