Someone was hired to complete the install. The installation was very quick! The beads and crystals were all pre-assembled, you just had to rip open the little baggies they were packaged in on the chandelier. It is a beautiful chandelier. I would highly recommend. The only thing I would say doesn't work is the "app". There's no way to connect my phone to the chandelier. That was the only disappointment. There is a remote for the light. The bulbs came with it, extra bulbs were sent upon my request. Amazing!! This is the largest size I purchased. My ceilings are extremely high, for reference.

This is a beautiful chandelier, the install was tedious due to 20' ceilings which required scaffolding. the problem is that they delivered 210 crystal pieces, and I'm 6 short. its impossible to get a hold of anyone to get and extra box. the chandelier will be incomplete!

We tried contact the company for support, but the company is unresponsive. First, despite the claim that we will receive two sets of 3000k and 6000k bulbs, the fact is that we received ONE set of dual-function 3000k and 6000k bulbs. I can live with that, but the main problem was that one of the bulbs was broken and NONE of the replacement bulbs that we tried worked with the chandelier. No, it wasn't a defective socket, as we could move the other original bulbs into the socket and it worked. And we tried at least half a dozen brand new GU10 LED bulbs from different brands and none of them worked. It seems that the chandelier is ONLY COMPATIBLE with a proprietary bulb from China that we cannot get a replacement for, and don't know how to order. So when the bulbs break, we're stuck. It's sad because it IS a beautiful chandelier, but what's the point if you can't put any bulbs in it? We want either a replacement chandelier or new bulbs.

I love the look of the chandelier and it fits my back stairway perfectly. This Chandelier takes time to install. You have to string each crystal ball on a chain numbered from 1- 75 or 76 , I can't remember the exact number. My friend came over and had a great idea to place all the crystal balls on the strings and number each string so that they would be in order of length so that when the Electrician came to install the next day that part would be already completed. (see photos) We set up and numbered each one and place sticky paper on each one and stung them together on floss 4 at a time so that they would not get tangled and out of order. The outcome was worth it!!! But boy we were tired!!!! The Electrician came the next day and had a little confusion in what way to start the placement of the strings.. but he did a good job.

Looks awesome! Looks like a very expensive piece. Everyone is impressed by it. I did have to put up scaffolding to install it but other than that it was fairly easy. It’s big so make sure your space is large enough.

The Chandelier looks and operates great; however, the product was damaged, either from poor packaging or shipping/handling. Damage wasn't discovered until final placement. After the install, I noticed there was only ONE remote sent. And I'm saying to myself, why would this company send only ONE REMOTE with such an expensive chandelier? Why did this company choose to be so thoughtless and cheap by doing this? And how will I get another remote for this light in the event this ONE REMOTE is lost? So as of now, ALL THESE QUESTIONS need to be answered, and addressed as to how I'll get another REMOTE in the future. This is a 5-star product with a 3-star rating because of the lack of additional remotes. A decision made by the vendor. And will your customer be able to acquire these extra REMOTES? What's the process?
