Love this product! I bought the Hey Girl detox tea to help with my bloating and overall sluggishness. Within the first use, I noticed a bloating decrease and I felt lighter. I was worried as some of the other reviews mentioned frequent bathroom visits, but this wasn't something I experienced. The taste is sweet and I enjoy having a cup before bedtime. Highly recommend!

This stuff works! Plain and simple. It’s also healthy and taste great. Definitely the best natural way to help you cleanse/detox your system and do your “thing”!! LolAlso, I buy these a lot! I had a small issue with two of the bags I received. So, I contacted Hey Girl to explain , and they sent replacements quickly. They also sent me an extra gift “tea infuser” for the inconvenience! Helps me make the tea so much easier now. Thank you!

Works ok and as described, no bad side effects

I purchased this tea to help with bloating. I was skeptical at first but after receiving the bag and trying the tea in hot water it wasn’t as bad as I thought. The taste is good and it did help with my bloating. I did add some lemon to my tea for preference but not needed.

Hmm...I'm usually pretty regular when it comes to my digestive system, but I thought that this tea would help me clean out whatever else I had going on in there. It actually seems to be doing the opposite. I'm on day 5 of the "cleanse" and before taking the tea, I had a healthy bathroom trip every morning. Now I'm not really going until nearly the end of the day, and the second day I didn't go at all. The one day I was able to go in the morning, just felt like a routine bathroom trip to me, my usual MO. Last night I took the tea at 9:30pm, it's about 10:30am the following day and I still haven't had the urge to drop the kids off at the pool yet.I don't feel any renewed energy, or a cleanse really taking place. Maybe this formula isn't strong enough for me, who knows? I will update once I've done the full 14 days, but as of now, I wouldn't waste my money. There are plenty of other teas that while yes, giving you those uncomfortable stomach cramps sometimes, at least get the job done. I hope my body is just acclimating and that I'll be able to see and feel results soon. Does anyone know if I should up the intake of the recommended 1 heaping teaspoon?I give 2 stars for the taste, I actually like it and can drink it quite easily.---UPDATE---So yeah... finished the recommended 14 day cleanse and I stick by my original review, actually taking away a star because of how disappointed I am. This tea constipated me instead of "cleansing" me. As soon as I discontinued usage, I was finally able to go (THREE TIMES in one day), so that made it pretty evident that the tea wasn't really doing it's job. Maybe I got a bad batch, I don't know, but I wouldn't recommend. I also want to note that I felt a DECREASE in energy while taking this tea. I can usually spring up and get ready for work, but this tea had me struggling and wishing I could stay in bed.

Maybe I didn’t look at the amount of tea before I bought it. It was a very small pack. Net weight was 1.76 ounces . 50 gram loose tea. Otherwise the tea was tasty.

I was feeling bloated for a while and had a feeling that i may have been a little backed up. Bought this over my go to (miralax). It took one dose to CLEANSE. Iykyk. I drank one cup on a Thursday night and was in and out the bathroom probably 8 times the next day.All that to say… it definitely WORKS. My stomach is noticeably flatter now. Dont even need more than one dose!Like the other reviews say, stay hydrated!!! I nearly passed out twice bc i wasnt drinking enough water.

Working well so far, I will buy more!
