Yes, for 3 packages. I just purchased it and it came with 3 separate Just for Men Shampoo-in Hair kits.

Q: Does it come with color brush ? And can we use this for beard as well ?

We appreciate your interest in our product. Just For Men Original Formula does not come with a brush, as it is designed to color your head hair only. We do make a Just For Men Mustache & Beard product for facial hair, which comes with an applicator brush and tray for your convenience.

Q: Does it work on black hair?

Hi Gary. Just For Men is designed to cover gray hair on a color range expansion including black hair. If you wish to lighten your hair from a black to a medium red brown, Just For Men will not help to achieve this. Hope this helps.
