All I can say is, WOW! This thing works great! It comes with so many attachments to clean your tank. I like how you can use it to just do a quick algae pickup, and the clean water will go right back into the tank. Also comes with a long tube you can use to add clean water back to your tank. I wish I would have gotten this a long time ago! I would highly recommend this to any fish keeper. Great price, and it will save you a lot of time on water changes! The suction is really good on it as well, I seen a few reviews that said it was not that good, but you can adjust the flow of it up or down, it’s really good.

Tube is too short and pump too powerful for sand bottoms - clogs up within seconds. Brush attachment is good for rocks, but the large pump and handle makes it unwieldy in tight spaces. Filter bag fills quickly and just pops off, so you have to go get it from the bottom of the tank - Probably use the hose set-up into a sock filter in the sump instead. Power cord is WAY too short - must have an extension cord. Works decent for water changes.

Bought to clean cold plunge tank and there not enough suction to even pick up pieces of carbon from the filter. Tried every attachment to try and pick up small bits of carbon media and would not pick them up. Not recommended unless suctioning the slightest of debris. Maybe enough to suck up algae once it’s been scraped off? Update: I was getting ready to throw in the trash and find another solution. Then I saw the valve on the outflow tube was using for the filter bag. I turned in 90 degrees and BAM!, all the suction I needed. I do not have the instructions anymore but do not recall any mention of the valve. It may be common place for many devices but I did not know what it was for. Now it makes the product even BETTER! Using the valve you can actually adjust the flow depending on what job you are doing. Decrease for filtering sand, increase for pure cleaning, etc. Seller reached out proactively after my initial review to try and resolve the issue. Good customer service. Great product, would now highly recommend for any of your cleaning needs. Works wonderfully as a transfer pump as well. Used it to drain our cold plunge tank. Since I’m the garage, used the tube included and inserted into the end of a garden hose that went out to the yard. 200 gallons gone in no time.

When I bought it, I plugged it in to make sure it worked, and it didn’t turn on. So I put it in the box for the next time I had to clean the tank. I when it was time, I opened it, and it would not even turn on. I talked to the company and they told me to break it open. I tried communicating with them several times because I was worried if I break it how am I going to return it? They would not respond. By the time I did talk to somebody, they told me it was too late for a return and I would just have to buy another one. And I found horrible customer service, and a pump that turned on for 20 seconds before it broke. There are several others on Amazon just like it. Make sure you buy from a company other than this one.

It gets the job done but could be much better. The manual isn't the best. I had to find a video on YouTube that was way more helpful. The power cord is too short. I have to use an extension cord with it. The water drain tube is also too short in my personal opinion. It would be nice if there was a much longer tube. In all honesty, I haven't checked to see if they have such an accessory available as an additional purchase. The clip to hold the water tube in place isn't the best. It's difficult to get it to stay put. Some of the cleaning accessories work well, others, not so much.

I've bought products from AQQA before, so I felt fairly confident this tank vacuum would work out. And it does! I concur with other reviews about the assembly instructions; they aren't written very well and the graphics are a bit confusing. But after a couple of tries, I figured out how to twist in the inner tube to the height you want, thread the cord through the handle, and place the plastic screws where they need to go. The suction is fairly good, but since this is my first vacuum of this type I can't say this vacuum is better than another. It is definitely better than the crappy, battery operated one I had before; this one is very quiet and the adjustable length keeps my hands out of the tank. The ON/OFF switch could be a little higher on the cord, though, but I think the switch is where it is to accommodate longer lengths. I haven't tried all the attachments; the two I did try upon opening the package were the sand vacuum and water intake attachments, and they do what they're supposed to do. I did notice that the water intake attachment sucks up large rock gravel pretty easily and blocks the suction (just to show you how strong the suction is), so don't make the same mistake I did. I should've used the sand washing head (duh!), which clearly states in the instructions that that attachment is for washing large gravel.

I've used this product now about 10 times. At first it worked well for me. The suction was good for my aquarium stones and I was able to adjust the suction. I saw many people say that the suction wasn't strong but I am wondering if they adjusted the suction strength. I would prefer a longer water hose as it occasionally fell out of the pail I was emptying the water into, but I have learned to keep a hold onto the tube. I never used most of the features that come with this product. I just used the clear gravel cleaner and emptied the dirty water into a pail to do a water change while cleaning the gravel. My major complaint is that it broke within the first year. The on/off switch doesn't work. I won't be buying this product from this company again

This was bought as a replacement for a defective item. There were no issues getting a refund for this. It does the job very well, and I hope the previous unit was just a glitch

Es buen producto, un poco elevado el precio a mi parecer aunque los materiales se sienten de buena calidad, el único problema es que las instrucciones son prácticamente inexistentes dejando a uno con experimentar para ver como usar cada aditamento, a pesar de esto me ha facilitado la limpieza de mi acuario con el que he batallado bastante por sus dimensiones y ubicación.

A bit clunky to assemble, but worked. The bag is small and needs to be emptied/rinsed often, but works better than the manual syphon type.

Súper recomendado, tenemos un estanque a nivel de piso, y lo limpia súper bien,se puede cambiar y limpiar el agua muy fácil, me arrepiento de no haberlo comprado antes, usaba una bomba manual para sacar el agua. Pero con esto el trabajo es súper fácil y en menos tiempo.

El producto es bueno, el detalle que tiene es que se tapa muy rápido y la bolsita que sirve de filtro es algo difícil de quitar y poner para limpiarla, tiene buena potencia el motor
