I like this chicken bone broth the best. A little sodium, best taste. The size of these cartons are individual sizes. I use these when I don't need a huge amount of chicken bone broth or when I am making a single serving of ramen - I never use the packet in the ramen - WAY too much sodium. I usually add some lemon and grated ginger - a dash of amino acid and it's perfect. You get a pack of 12. Arrived in great shape along with other things I had ordered. Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. Has no flavor, but if you add a teaspoon of chicken bouillon powder it makes an excellent soup, just add some chopped green onions and it's really good. Have a cup before a meal to eat less.

Loved the taste of these and would drink one everyday as my morning beverage. Great way to get in protein and can use to cook rice, soup, etc.

And they don't put a bunch of extra stuff in with it. Tastes like bone broth. (Shake well first.) Fairly low sodium (comparatively), too. PS: Great to have on hand to stop a blood sugar crash. If that's an issue for you. Enough healthy protein to quickly make the difference until you can sit down and eat something.

I am prediabetic and was looking for a suitable snack that wouldn't conflict with the diet I'm on, which is actually that of a diabetic. I decided to do what I could to try to avoid getting the disease itself and do measure my carbohydrate intake and avoid simple carbohydrates. This broth fills the bill. Also, diabetics have a tendency to get kidney disease. This product does not contain added salt, so it is low in sodium. We are treated to the flavor of salt in most foods these days, so this may taste a little flat if you're used to the more familiar salted products. After a while, however, one adjusts and recognizes salt content more keenly than before. I've become more aware of the flavor of food as opposed to the flavor of salt in my diet as a result of these changes.

I like this bone broth as an aid for losing weight. On days I need to cut back on eating I will supplenent the broth for a meal or two. Their isn't enough flavor for my taste so I fix that by adding a little salt, bay leaves for flavor and dried basil.l to give it a nice soup flavor.

I like the convenient size package but the price is prohibitive ! Wayyyyy to expensive.

These taste so good and help fill me up thru out the day . I snack less when I have these in the morning
