Mostly okay way to hydrate
Recovering from being ill. Been trying out different brands and price points to see what I can incorporate best. These were overall OKAY. The lemon-lime is borderline gross. It tastes like vitamins with a back flavor of lime. The orange reminds me of Tang. Fine. The watermelon-berry is awesome. Highly recommend. These are definitely made for being shaken. Absolutely do not dissolve well when stirred unless very vigorously. BOTTLES.Do they work? Seem to. Hydrating better than with water alone. Definitely can feel in my face that I am less dehydrated.Good for the price but would probably only get the watermelon-berry flavor next time.

Has the best mix of vitamins and electrolytes out of anything ive found
This is 10x better than any other brand ive tried on amazon including the much more expensive name brands. The mix and amount of key vitamins and electrolytes, and the quality of ingredients is above and beyond all the others ive seen. I drink one packet every day in two bottles of water and I have more noticeably more energy, thought clarity, my workouts are better, and i just feel better throughout the day. If this doesnt come back in stock on amazon im willing to pay more from other websites to continue getting this product. Best hydration suppliment for the cost hands down.

Does what it promises
The taste was accurate. It hydrated. It didn't make my elderly parent want to drink more, I think the saltiness just made her chug it to get it over with. Won't be buying it again. But hey, if you love salty orange flavor then go for it.

Works great, best price
This really helps me during and after a workout to be hydrated as well as not feel run down. I can’t do caffeine energy drinks but the b vitamins in this really keep up my energy without a crash or the antsy rush caffeine energy drinks do. It also has great ingredients. Especially for the price. I truly hope this product comes back in stock because it is a new staple at my home.

Hydration excellence
First time trying this brand and it definitely helped me stay hydrated while backpacking. Temperature was in the upper 90s and I was sweating profusely but I added 2 of these packets to my water bottles a day and was able to remain hydrated and avoid the dreaded cramping that can come after vigorous exercise. Looking forward to trying other flavors

spend the extra $ for liquid iv
i have POTS and i bought this electrofy powder drink mix in hopes of finding a cheaper alternative to liquid iv- if you’re in the same position, just spend the extra couple bucks to get liquid iv, it is so much better in every single way. now, i’m not sponsored by liquid iv (but if they want to sponsor me pls i need sodium) but i’m going to compare the electrofy packets to the liquid iv packets i use because that’s all i know to go off of.flavor: i got both the liquid iv and the electrofy in lemon lime. when i first tried liquid iv a couple months ago, it was underwhelming, but it’s grown on me. the first sip of electrofy i ever took was pretty bad- not terrible, but compared to liquid iv and other drinks in general it was not good. then, less than a month later (september 5, today- i was so disgusted i had to write a review) it was so, so disgusting i had to dump it down the drain after two sips. i don’t know what was wrong with it, and i even gave it a couple chances in case maybe i got a bad packet. nope, it was so off every time i almost got sick from it. **note: my package does say expires august 2023, and i ordered it at the very end of august 2023, so maybe it is actually expired and that’s why it’s so bad… honestly i hope that’s the case because i don’t understand how something could taste so bad otherwise**texture: liquid iv- very good for a powder mix! sinks right into the water and dissolves pretty quickly in cold water from the fridge. i use a metal straw to stir it in a cup or i just shake my water bottle to mix it. electrofy- oh my god i do not know how this passed any testing or focus groups. the powder just sits on top of the water, even if you pour the whole packet at once quickly (so it should be forceful enough that it goes beneath the water surface). then, once you eventually get the powder wet and maybe in the water, it clumps up so severely i can’t even try to dissolve it or mix it in a cup vigorously with a metal straw, let alone a water bottle.i can’t really think of any other qualifiers (besides nutrition but i personally seek out electrolyte powder mixes that have high sodium, at least around 20% of the drv, and i don’t have the info off the top of my head but i believe both electrofy and liquid iv satisfy this)overall, just spend the extra money on liquid iv, it works much better for me personally and tastes so so much better than the electrofy powder (plus it’s incredibly easy to mix, unlike this product- what is it made of where it clumps up to that degree??)another repeated note that my experience might be due to expired product (which by principle it shouldn’t be- i ordered this on august 25 and my bag says “expired august 2023” which is honestly unacceptable considering the product and the fact that it’s supposed to have a long shelf life)
