So far, I love this! I do not smell anything weird when my towel is warming up. It is large enough for one large towel. I put my towel in loosely per instructions, and my towel is very warm. The numbers are somewhat difficult to read, however it times in 15 minutes increments so each time you press the button, it adds another 15 minutes up to 60 minutes. I love it and hope it continues to work well. I apologize for my dirty bathroom, I plan to clean it today.

Okay, let me cut to it. I got this as an Xmas gift for my parents last month. And let me tell ya- they LOVE it. It's their favorite gift they've gotten in years.....& they've had some NICE gifts lol. My mom calls it her "after bath pajama warmer" and uses it nightly. It's been a few weeks and it's holding up super well. Really easy to turn on & use, it's the perfect size for a bathroom or bedroom area. Just big enough to put your stuff in? but not too big where its bulky and taking up too much space. I bought this as a gift for my fiancée, but I probably use it as much as she does. We have been very happy with it. It does take some time to warm up the towel, so when you plan to take a shower, put the towel in it well ahead of time. It works better if you loosely bunch up the towel rather than putting it in while it's still folded. You want as much of the towels surface area to be touching the sides of the warmer's interior as possible.

Why am I just now being introduced to warm robes out of the shower and warm pajamas before bed? I had put my robe into the dryer one time before a shower and loved it. Problem was I can’t reach out of the shower into the dryer because they are no where near each other. The towel warmer is amazing but I find 15 minutes is not enough to warm my robe (which fits snugly) so lately I have been having to toss it in the dryer first then after about 5 minutes put it in the towel warmer. My showers don’t last that long so only parts of the robe were getting warm. In the evening I toss my pajamas in the warmer while I get ready so the clothes are toasty. My only problem is like I said robe fits very snug so maybe should have gotten a bigger one but the bathroom isn’t very big so size wise it’s perfect.

Gave this as a white elephant Christmas gift and it was perfect! Everyone wanted it. Was told it was the perfect size for bathroom addition. Not heavy, so able to move around easily.

Love wrapping up in a warm towel after a shower? This is what you want!! One standard U.S. sized bath towel fits inside and is warm in less than 10 min. Cons - large bath towels don't warm as well “regular U.S.” towels. Takes up a bit of space, but worth it! It won’t bathe your dog for you, nor your kids, but it will warm your towel!! ;)

Did its job but doesnt fit a bath sheet so wouldn't call it xl towle holder

Continues to Smell of burning plastic despite running it empty for many hours first; had to return which was a hassle

Omg this is the best thing I ever bought! Having a nice warm towel when stepping out of the shower... Sooo lovely... Especially on cold mornings. I put my daughters nightgown in along with her towel while she has her bedtime bath and it's so nice and cozy for her when she gets out! Great for warming a blanket too for family members when they have colds or aches and pains. Or to warm a blanket for an animal with arthritis! Such a comfort!
