What is the maximum weight each piece can handle? Is the max number because the bar will break or because the crappy collars are the limiting factor?

never had an issue with a limit on this bar. ive used it with 200lbs of weight for military presses and had no issues. the dumb bells i use with about 60lbs of weight for curling and have had no issues.

Any danger to the plates to fall if the collars fail holding big weights on dumbels handles on horizontal position? Example : hammer curls

I really enjoy bar kit but I do not recommend doing workouts like hammer curls with them. The collars do become loose even after doing a couple of sets of dumbell presses.

How do I remove the sleeves? My weights wont be able to fit unless I remove them

You don't. These are for Olympic weights. You need to find a different bar
