it takes a little effort to get them how thin you want but other than that its nice to have to make waffle fries.

these are awesome already have one for years and i love it so saw these in two pack purchased kept one and gave one away as little gift and they love it no more knife cutting and now even get cringle cut fries and cringle cut hash browns,

Very useful and a must for slicing sweet potatoes.

This is a good product in the fact that it will cut and has a great wavy pattern. That being said if you are not a samurai chef it is very difficult to make consistent thicknesses for each cut. Sweet potato waffle fries was the goal and came nowhere close, it might just be that I sucked at cutting.
