Works more often than not. The tape supplied is awful. I would suggest another tape straight away or the frustration will just go to your head. There is a spare cutter in the box which seems to create confusion as some reviews said had to fit cutter, didn't come with fitted cutter etc. I personally think they just saw the spare one and thought I'm not doing that... 4 of us use it, and not one of us, in 2 weeks have mastered the angle, speed etc. Whatever you do doesn't work for a perfect next seal so to speak..But seeing as it works more than not I'm happy with it.. Sturdy construction, good movement, rubbish tape ... be prepared to work with it and you'll be fine.

The holder doesn’t hold tape at all, doesn’t cut the tape

Easy enough to use, but when I pay for packaging I usually expect the item to arrive in original condition with at least packaging around it as that’s what I’ve paid for. Instead the box is damaged, half of the rolls of tape are unusable and you can’t contact supplier for refund without returning item - don’t trust supplier

I find the bag sealer is very useful. Easy to use.

The machine is ok but the big issue is the tape. It does look like there is enough adhesive on the tape to hold it together as I use this to seal food to keep fresh and sell to the public not good
