Probably the best rope I've ever used. Its a heavy rope (my preference over ultra light ones) consisting of metal contained by a protector material. I was worried that itd would hurt when I misrep, but I could barely feel at thanks to the protector material. Ive just ordered another for my partner.

Brought this because of all the good reviews I’m seeing. When it can we had to fix it. There were no instructions so I contacted the seller months ago and to this day no response so I fixed it myself. The rope itself was very hard and could hurt yourself horribly. Unless you want to get hurt AVOID!

I skip almost every day and have gone through 3 skipping ropes so far. Unlike many of the wire encased ones this one has a thick, more durable plastic coating that seems to stop it wearing out and exposing the wire. I also bought a rope one but that was too weighty and slow. I've used this one for a couple of months now. So far, so good.

Cheap and cheerful product that hasn't let me down yet with daily use. Wanted to see if I actually enjoyed this type of exercise before purchasing a crossfit rope... But see little point now as this one is pretty decent.

For the price this is a really good quality rope!
